Agent Commission Agreement

This agreement defines the collaboration between our Dubai-based real estate team and international agents who introduce clients for property purchases in Dubai.

Commission Structure

The minimum commission payable to the referring agent is 1 percent of the final property transaction value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Example (Dubai):
Property value: AED 2,000,000
Minimum commission (1 percent): AED 20,000

Payment Conditions

Commission is payable only after: - Successful property sale - Full payment received from the client - Developer or seller commission released

Client Ownership

The agent confirms that the client introduced is their genuine client and has not been previously registered with our company.

Confidentiality

All shared client information, pricing, and developer terms must remain confidential.

Final Notes

This agreement is non-exclusive and applies per individual transaction. By submitting the collaboration form, the agent acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
